Low TSH: I would like to know the values of your other thyroid blood tests, but a low TSH indicates an overactive thyroid which, in it self, can cause mood swings and nervousness. Your physician, who knows all your findings, can advise you best, however.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is normal. Wish you good health!
