Hormone changes: This sounds like hormone related migraine headaches: some people get them just with regular hormone fluctuations with menstrual cycles, others when using hormonal birth control. If they occur at the end of every cycle you could ask your Dr about taking the pills continuously for 3 months at a time: this decreases the number of headaches. Or trying a different type of birth control could help.
