Nausea, lethargic, lightheadedness, right sided headache, right sided tingling &weakness face and extremities but ruled out stroke on ct. its been since 6/1/23 of having these symptoms. migraine possibly?

You need to see a neurologist to find out what this is from. It is concerning that it is one-sided only and that it is causing weakness as well as the numbness/tingling. It could be a migraine variant but neurology needs to assess you-you may need further testing to diagnose this issue. Good luck to you!
