Jelly from toilet ?: If she is having intermittent vaginal discharge that has some color at age 12, it can be a signal she may start menses in the next 6 months. The condition is described as the uterus beginning to become alive by creating mucus. It does not mean menses will come in a few days. If she does not have well developed breast tissue indicating advanced puberty, this may be something else altogether.
