What does buspar do that differs from zoloft or any ssri? and vise versa.

Anxiety meds: Buspar is a non-sedating anti-anxiety med that should be taken regularly for people with mild anxiety if prescribed by your doctor. Meds like Zoloft (which is an SSRI) are anti-depressants but have a role in the treatment of chronic anxiety. Also, anxiety can be a symptom of depression, so it is best to discuss this with your doctor.
