Which beta-blocker is safest and least side effects for long term hypertension pietient?

Beta blocker: For a young patient with hypertension who doesn't have a rapid resting heart rate or coronary artery disease, I favor a beta blocker from the class of beta blocker vasodilators such as labetolol or nebivolol because these won't prevent your heart rate from rising appropriately when you're exercising.
