Sleep disturbance: Although people may have sleep issues during periods of high stress, I tend to wonder about things like depression when people wake up every morning around 2 or 3 am. What are you doing for self care? Consider med eval. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong or progressive muscle relaxation
