A member asked:

Is nicotine replacement harmful when used for years. i use am using a nicotine mouth spray that had 1mg in each spray but i use 5 sprays x lots.

Yes: You are now physiologically dependent and will experience withdrawal symptoms to get off the spray. Nicotine (chew, smoke, patch, spray) all have the same damaging effects on blood vessels which are all over your body. Risks: ruined circulation, high blood pressure, constant dehydrated state, and severe constipation if u try to stop (effects intestines).
