A 34-year-old female asked:
I am 6 days late for my period and suspect i may be pregnant. i have slight pelvic cramps, breast tenderness. i am thinking to wait for it to become a missed period before testing. am i right to wait a little bit longer before doing a home test?

Accurate now: If you test a first morning urine (most concentrated) it is usually accurate by the time a regular menses is missed. You can wait longer if you wish.
