Get a diagnosis: Nose "irritation" is a very non-specific complaint. In order to know what to do, you have to have a physician who can do a complete examination of the nose and related structures (ears, nose, sinuses, throat) and understand the immune system. Then you will hopefully have a diagnosis and get the proper treatment.
