I have acid reflux in the past it was severe that it would wake me up in midnight a few months ago i started nexium40mg which reduced the severity as in it no longer wakes me up but still feel bubbling... burping should i increase dose orchange?

OTC useage: Am aware that Nexium is easily available, and quite efficacious, but chronic use can be risky. Some rare side effects include gastric cancer and osteoporosis. Best to get guidance from a knowledgable gastroenterologist.
