Hi dr's my son is almost 3momths now breastfeeding what i want to know is he cries a lot while feeding yet gets full he also makes the loudest farts, while feeding him i have notice his tummy makes crambling sounds.

Air eater: This sounds like a typical fussy air eater. The rumbling sounds are just air moving in his tummy. The air must exit either as a burp or fart. If he's filling out & plays well during the day I would just live with the behavior until it fades with age.
