Your : Your ovaries could be making an egg, which is a type of ovarian cyst, many women will ovulate before menstrual bleeding starts, and breast feeding after 6 months does not reliably prevent all ovulation. You could also already be pregnant and you should get a pregnancy test. You also have around 30 feet of bowel in your abdomen so the cramps could be related to that and not your uterus or ovaries. See your health care provider.
