Ive been having chronic hives since april. my ige was 154 should be under 25 and my histamine release test was over 50 and it should be under 10. my tryptase was normal- do you think i may have mast cell activation?

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
