Chronic hives???: Daily hives for more than 6 weeks is defined as chronic urticaria. In the absence of an obvious cause such as aspirin, no allergy is likely to be found. Chronic urticaria: If you already had the hives for more than 6 weeks,most of the time there is no clear cause for it,but in your case you have hypothyroidism, many cases resolve with the correction of hypothyroidism,or the control of some auto-antibodies against your thyroid tissue,an endocrinologist would help you better,that would relieve your fatigue,hi IgE is irrelevant, you can still have it with normal values
