C/S Child spacing: A Cesarean section is a major surgery and your body needs time to heal and replenish necessary red blood cells and nutrients. Child spacing post C/S should take that into consideration as the next delivery will also be a C/section + there is an additional existing child to which care is needed requiring household help or your "limited" post-op care.
