Posture: Computer related neck pain usually occurs with computer screens that are placed too low and cause your head to tilt downward. This continuous head tilt causes spasms in your neck muscles and poor posture which adds to the problem. Try to elevate your computer screen so that your head is not angled downward and your back is more straight.
