There are high levels of tropomyosin in shrimp, crab, and lobster, making them the most common offending shellfish, but there is a broad cross-reactivity with all mollusks and crustaceans. Unfortunately, desensitization protocols for nuts, seeds, fish and shellfish are still in their infancy.
