Blood: It could be a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Less concerning it could be due to a urinary tract infection. Either way you need to contact your prenatal care provider right away to make sure what is happening is not an emergency. Some things that can cause bleeding in pregnancy greater than 20 weeks with bleeding include labor, placental abruption, vasa previa, or trauma/intercourse.
