Not unusual: Whether pushing out poop or gas an infant that age may fuss during the process. Their belly muscles are soft/flabby/weak are supplemented by fusing to push. I would not assume this means anything bad. Colic is considered more behavioral than pain related as it peaks at 6=8 wks & begins to fade when they become mobile around 4 mo. I know of no treatment that will fix it.
