Is ig m the same as m protein? if i take a 24 hour urine protein test and i have low ig m will my m protein be low also? will stil test also be able to find bence jones proteins and light chains?

Small amounts of light chains are normally present in urine. Bence Jones protein is an old term for monoclonal light chains, once again a maker of plasma cell neoplasm, and often a cancer.
