I have rebound headaches and i can't take it any more. i know to stop them i have to stop taking otc pain relievers but i can't. can you please tell me how to do that ?

Taper: This is difficult - longer acting prescription medications are used in practice. If an office visit is not an option consider taking a regular dose but slowly reducing it - more important is to look for triggers - sleep, certain food, stress is big one, and manage those. Regular stretching of the neck/cool compress when a headache occurs, and meditation (insight timer is a great free Ap for this)
