Floaters?: If these are new dots in your vision, you should see an eye doctor soon. This could be floaters, which can be very serious.

Internal dots: These dots you are seeing sound to me like normal things called entoptics within the eye, rendered more visible due to the clarity of your new eyeglasses. They are especially prominent when you view a clear blue sky or a plain white or tan wall. They might also be floaters.
