Would an echocardiogram show if you have an arrhythmia similar to an ekg?

Doubt it: Some centers may use equipment that runs a simultaneous rhythm strip which would pick up an arrhythmia. However. the echo itself is designed to look a structural detail, like sonar & would not. The technician doing the study would likely be aware of some arrhythmias. There is often a video record of the procedure so anyone seeing it might suspect one.
