Body odor: Shower at least once a day and scrub your extra-sweaty areas with a scent-free, antibacterial bath soap. Stay away from strongly scented soaps, which can make your armpit odor worse. Rubbing too hard can irritate the hair follicles and that can also increase the bacteria count and body odor.
