Not always needed.: A nebulizer turns liquid medicine into a mist to help with breathing problems. Since most cases of COVID 19 are mild, it would not be necessary. If you have pre-existing conditions like asthma which could be exacerbated by COVID 19 - it could be beneficial. However,any significant problem breathing should be medically assessed.
