I have been known to have irregular periods but i received acupuncture and they regulated out to every 30 days but the pandemic closed the acupuncture place i researched and saw a acupuncture pen do they work the same and are they worth trying ?

Acupuncture: Here is the issue, whether you are using an electroacupuncture pen or needles, the placement is critical for any treatments that requires use of meridians/ acupuncture points. Regulating menses would require use of specific points, so as an acupuncturist, I don't believe you could successfully treat this with the pen.
