Back pain: If your pain is aggravated by turning,twisting,bending it most likely is of musculoskeletal origin and cold alternating with hot applications, ibuprofen or naproxen should help. Associated right upper abdominal discomfort could be liver or gall bladder causes. If symptoms persist ultrasound of kidneys and gall bladder can be ordered by your physician.
