Depends: Is this a new issue or something you've lived with for years? If you got through your initial certification with the problem it should not be a problem unless the impairment is increasing.If it is new, your registry may want to review your level of proficiency.Please discuss this with your doc and plan accordingly.

Mild cognitive impairment can be early presentation of Alzheimer's, a variation can be sign of impending Parkinson's or Lewy Body Disease. By 10 yrs, about 10-15% have not converted to full-blown dementia. "Reversible" MCI may be associated with vitamin deficiency, thyroid problems, HIV, syphilis, sleep disorders, medication side effects, recreational drugs, depression. NeuroPsych tests helpful
