Rib moving : Ribs can move normally. Feeling an individual rib move independently is not normal. I would start with your primary care doctor. I suggest you see an osteopathic doctor with specialty in rehabilitation

Various: There are too many possibilities that can cause these symptoms, from back problems, to disc problems, to bladder or kidney infections, to abdominal issues. We probably need much more information or it can be addressed on a doctor's visit.

Painless throb in back below ribs area...Intermittent. Pulse feeling?

New or Chronic?: If this is new, it may be something simple such as a muscle spasm or tension. The fact that it is painless makes it more difficult to diagnose. Something more serious such as aortic aneurysm can cause throbbing. If it persists, an u/s or x-ray of the thoracolumbar region may be warranted.

This : This is difficult to tell without a clinical examination, but could be lentigos, sun damage or possibly seborrheic keratoses, and other possiblities. See a picture of seborrheic keratoses at the link below. I hope that helps a little!

Chest Pain: Symptoms of heart attacks are not always the same in women as in men. You should take your wife to the emergency department for evaluation to rule out a serious condition such as an acute heart attack.
