I am on cortisone tablets for the next 20 days. how long should i be in isolation while taking this (in light of covid-19 and social distancing)?

Stay cautious: Cortisone can reduce immunity however you did not talk about other medical problems that may also weaken your immunity, nor talk about why you are on cortisone. It does not matter it is important to always wear mask, wash your hands before touching any mucous part of your body indefinitely. Isolation is not the most important thing, but being cautious in how you conduct yourself all the time.

Not enough info.: You didn't tell us what conditions the cortisone is being used for.? Don't know what all your risk factors are. Chronic steroid use is more of a concern that acute use regarding risk factors for increased severity of illness.
