UTI? STD? Epididymis: Are you sure about UTI diagnosis? UTI is possible in men your age, but rare. Were you tested for STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia? These are the most common conditions that can mimic UTI in younger males. Whether due to one of these or a true UTI, it sounds like you might have epididymitis, i.e. infection spreading into your testicle. Return to your doctor immediately. Good luck.
