Get tested: I can’t tell where you are from. If from South Africa, contact PCM who will assess & make determination about COVID 19 testing. USA – policies vary by state. State & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. Some states require a dr.'s referral & some don't. Can call PCM if one believes they should be tested

Test and quarantine: Let your doc know, so that he or she can further coordinate. If symptoms severe enough going to the closest emergency room will be advisable.
