During the month of may 2017, i had lower back pain and went to a gp. after taking medication the pain moved to my testicles and have been there ever since. the lower back pain is now back with the painful testicles ?

See a Dr: Any medical problem that persists and worsens requires a visit with a Dr. A thorough exam and tests/imaging can identify the cause which can then be treated. Pain in the Testicles is a serious thing. It can indicate that there is swelling, infection or herniation. Call a Dr and schedule an exam soon. Most problems only get worse with delays in treatment.

Ive seen my GP who referred me to a urologist which could be a while. I dont get why my testicle going up has caused me a month of so much pain. Could it be a slight twist? Incorrect position? Groin problem? Nerve? They said varicosev shouldnt hurt?
Can a gp by palpation only tell if a testicular lump is located on the testicle itself or on the epididymis?
