A member asked:

If a urine test for hpv in males comes back with a positive result, are the results reliable given that there is no accepted method of testing for hpv in males?

Reliability unknown: It's hard to know the reliability; such tests have not been systematically studied nor submitted to the FDA for certification. Most likely a positive result is true, but you could have additional types in addition to the one(s) found in your urine. And you could have HPV of your genital skin that doesn't show up in urine.
