COVID: You could get a test just to be 100% sure, it could have been a mild case of the virus. Depending on how long ago it was you can isolate yourself to avoid spreading the virus.

COVID 19 concerns: A sore throat could be from a number of causes. One of those is COVID 19. Do you have any other symptoms? COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Risk is higher if you have more than one symptom.
