Was on the back of a wheeler for a hour and was wearing pants got home the next day and noticed little dots on my thigh that looks like little red dots and some r like hickey looking have a little bump and the marks around it what could it be ?

Scuff/bruising: These are likely just broken capillaries just beneith the skin that will fade over the next several days. This can happen from minor trauma during such a ride, I wouldn't loose any sleep over the issue.
