Hi, have for 3 days now, a sore throat and a bit of a heavy chest, no evidence of temperature, do have a continuous mild headache, took prednisone twice but chest n throat not settling. what will be my next step?

COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent c
