When i blow hard my right cheek goes a bit numb and i've always had this what could it be and is it serious ?

Facial numbness : Interesting question. Is it worse if you blow harder? The nerves that provide sensation on the face pass from the brain through the skull. I am wondering if internal head pressure changes when you blow is causing abnormal pressure or changes on those nerves. I would see a doctor for consideration of testing.
