On a fairly decent sized scratch i received four day back, a brownish-yellow scab has appeared since the past 2 days. also, around the wound it is fairly red. id like to understand if it has become infected, and if so, how should it be treated?

Might be infected: If there is @pain and redness along with some pus/drainage, the area might be infected. if so, see your dermatologist for eval and tx
