Cellulitis : If wound has worsening redness around it and warm and tender then likely infected and needs antibiotics but should be seen by infectious diseases specialist

Likely: A&D ointment has probably done nothing but interfere with the bodies attempt to heal the cut.I would have it looked at before it spreads.
