My doctor gave me adco-alzam 0.5mg to use at night and adco-alzam 0.25mg halfed to take in the morning for anxiety it's been 3months now i feel normal can i stop taking the medication or its chronic?

Med use: Please always talk to prescribing doctor about stopping a medication unless it is prescribed "as needed" or "PRN". This does not need to be a chronic medication
