Ask pharmacist : Most pharmacists will dispense a small number of hypertension meds so you don’t run out, until you can see your Dr., because running out can be dangerous (stroke, heart attack, etc can happen). If your pharmacy will not do this your Drs office should be willing to call in a few till you see Dr. if not you need to go to an urgent care center or ER to get a few.
