Hi doctors! hope that you are all well! my very good friend has immunocompromised issues. can you offer any generic criteria/barometers when it would be safe for him to "venture out" of his home and to socialize more and "hang out" with his friends?

COVID concerns: Can't tell what country you live in. If in the US, don't know what state you are in. Frankly, COVID 19 situations vary greatly from one area to another. So, if you are asking about timing - that would be difficult to figure out. I am actually not sure what you are asking with terms "generic criteria/ barometers".
