Probably: While your symptoms sound like a common cold/viral infection, the big question is have you been exposed or in high-traffic areas? If you have not, it is not very likely. Simply manage with OTC cold medications. As always, I do recommend caution in high-traffic areas, and a face covering. If you wish to have testing, then by all means do so.

Yes!: Point of Care antibody testing (a 10 minute fingerstick test) could indicate one's IgM (acute phase antibody) and IgG (convalescent phase/protective antibody status; assuming studies of the test kit have shown sensitivity and specificity of 95-100% each.
