See a Dr: Lips, tongue or face turning blue is not normal and should be evaluated in person by a Pediatrician. It could be a sign that they are not getting enough oxygen or a sign of an underlying infection, genetic anomaly or other condition. the Pediatrician will conduct a thorough history, physical exam and determine if there is an underlying condition and suggest treatment if needed.
