Not common: Hi, it probably very unlikely to be Covid19 if that is the only symptom that you are suffering from. Fever , cough and tiredness are the three most common symptoms of Covid 19. An isolated symptom of blocked nose is not a common feature of Covid19.

COVID 19 concerns.: Although blocked nose can be a symptom of COVID 19, if this is your only symptom - it makes it less likely that this is the cause. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
