My week old baby has got some white bumps on face, head, armpits and neck , what could be the problem?

Possibilities: Infants that age can often have miliaria crystalina which is basically salt collections in sweat pores. They can also have baby acne emerge which becomes more irritated & extensive as they approach ~6 wks. A visual exam by the kids doc could sort it out. I doubt it would be worth a visit.
