Yes, it can be: In a sense, all situations are "psychosomatic" because they involve mind, body, and emotions plus the rich interconnections between these (which are not really separate anyway.) your body responds physically to emotional stressors -- and some of these responses can be in the form of migraine headaches. This does not mean the migraines are imaginary -- only that all parts of you are responding.
