Not enough: For a meaningful answer. If you have been exposed to people possibly sick, your shortness of breath is relatively new onset and you have some other symptoms, such as fever, cough or sore throat you might have it. Otherwise follow local recommendations and have your doc involved in case your symptoms worsen.

COVID testing: The only way to know for sure is to be tested. Shortness of breath can be due to so many other issues. For peace of mind, have yourself tested and see your physician to determine the cause of your condition.
